So they do nothing, and you conclude reactivation does not work at your practice. We are not a second sender. We are the conversation after the send, and it is done for you rather than another login for your front desk.
Yes on Open Dental. The appointment writes straight into your schedule, the same as if your front desk entered it. Other practice management systems are in the works. Until yours is live, the patient books into reactivation blocks you set aside, which lands on your schedule and gets verified against it.
First send goes out within 72 hours of your export. The 30-day clock starts on that send, not on your payment and not on the signature. If we do not book at least 12 patients in those 30 days, we keep working that location free until we do.
No. It is three texts over three days, written to read like your front desk, and you approve every word before anything sends. Opt-outs are permanent and cannot be reversed.
